Joan of Arctic III Genuine Shearling Trim Waterproof Wedge Boot (Women)

So I should have looked at the pictures better because when I received I was shocked to see the poor quality of this shoe. I have 5 other Sorel boots and none of them are this poorly made. The look cute from the side, but very uncomfortable. The shearling is only the tongue, and so the inside is just leather, no lining. And pink shoe laces. The insert just fell out on its own when I tried to take it off. It’s is about 2 mm of low quality foam, which is why it was so incredibly uncomfortable to wear even with thick gym socks. I could feel something hard under my foot and I realized that the hard plastic under the insole was jabbing into my foot. I’m just really upset about the whole experience and hope that Nordstrom takes my return. Don’t think I’ll buy any more Sorel’s if their quality has dropped to such low levels. I don’t recommend these shoes, even for the discounted price.
