Winter Boots with an Edge
This is a solidly made, quality winter boot. I have narrow calves (13.5 inches) and these fit like a warm glove with no gapping, yet I can wear with thick socks. The soles are a nice, thick tread. And I like that they’re pull on as the zipper on my last pair broke completely from constant use in a Michigan winter. These give my 57 year old hot self a don’t-mess-with-me vibe. And my ice cleats fit over them, too. Love ‘em!

quality boot but VERY hard to put on.
Sorel is the best winter boot company! I was excited for this cool looking motor boot but could not put it on. I have narrow feet with high arches and could not slide my foot into the e bottom. No zippers in this boot, so hard to put on and take off.

Great quality but shaft too short
This could have been the perfect winter boot had Sorel designed it with a taller shaft. I'm only 5'4" and these hit me below mid-calf...which for me is a very unattractive height for a boot. 13.5" shaft is just too short. 15"-16" high would be perfect, IMO. Unfortunately, this is somewhat common for Sorel to design tall boots with short shafts. Fit is TTS with socks. I'll be returning these.
