Petite girls size down

I absolutely loved this raincoat, it’s beautifully made - the material is an upgrade, supple but waterproof, and lays nicely on you. The design is also classy. A very nice raincoat! The only reason I returned it was because it overwhelmed my 4’11’ frame. Petite girls, you’ll need to size down 1-2 sizes from your normal size. I was just swimming in it from the volume of material, sleeve length and length of coat vs my height. I was so disappointed it didn’t fit me.
