Snip Snip Shoe Too Tight
The 12M heel is perfect but across the foot is too tight. I am hard to fit. So unfortunately inorder to walk without pain, I just happened to have a pair of tiny scissors in my bag, thus I had to widen that area by snipping several vertical slits to walk back to my car.

Just didn't work.
The Sonoma Flats were okay but didn't like the finish on the leather. Looked a little too shiny for me and seemed stiff. I prefer a softer leather so returned.

Cute from a far, but squeeky
These were cute shoes, but I can't vouch for anything because I had to take them off as they squeaked so much. I can't wear shoes like that to the office, and be heard walking to such a obnoxious noise with each step.

Weird size and wrong color.
First thing I noticed when they arrived was that the color was way off from what is in the photo. It's much, much darker, not the pale tan the photo implies but closer to the darker point on the end of the shoe. They're also over an inch too long for me, which is crazy as I ordered my usual size. No sizing on the shoe or the receipt, so as far as I know they sent me the wrong size. If it's the right size, they need to make clear that they are made much longer than normal sizing.
