Uncomfortable
I was hoping these would replace a favorite pair of black suede pumps. Sadly, the toe box is too short and narrow, so it cuts at an uncomfortable point on my instep. The material is also stiff and unyielding, which I assume is due to the lining. It is too bad; I loved the padded insole.

Extremely comfortable dressy shoe
Wow! These are both gorgeous and comfortable. I have received many compliments wearing them.
I ALWAYS need a navy shoe so was searching during the anniversary sale. I skipped over this pair because they are suede. But my personal shopper assistant (who helps me every year) recommended them, so I got them. I had to go up a 1/2 size (are my feet really larger - maybe, because I had to buy larger for a few other brands). I immediately sprayed the suede with scotch guard too, having ruined a pair of suede shoes before.
The heel is wide and I wear them long after the event, not changing out, because they are that comfortable. They have a lovely padding in the shoe which I'm sure helps.

Gave these a try but ultimately decided these were not the right look for me. The insole has nice cushion but IMO the toe box was a bit narrow and they overall run slightly small. I think many people will like them but these just slightly missed the mark for me.
