Poor condition upon arrival
I was so disappointed when I opened the package and the cardigan had multiple snags, edges unraveling and even what looks like a small hole in the back. I’m undecided if I will reorder. Nordstrom needs some quality control in their shipping department. This seems to be happening more and more.

This is a newer version of an item I already own, which I did not realize it when I left the store without trying it on. It is cute but it has limited value. Great over a dress, very lightweight and packable BUT certainly not a substitute for a jacket. I returned it.
