Twice I ordered these shoes that are listed as women’s shoes and received men’s sizes. Even after calling when the mistake was made the first time and ordering over the phone. I’m fine with men’s shoes- but they are listed as women’s shoes. And that affects sizing. Be aware of this when you choose your size.

I’m very frustrated with this buying experience. The shoes are listed as women’s sizing, so I buy my usual 12. The picture below shows the sizing of it. I then order a size 10 thinking it would fit right, but the men’s sizing runs a bit small. I’m beginning to learn if I want to get the right sizing, I need to buy 4 different sizes and return the 3 that don’t work out. Nordstrom Rack needs to do a better job presenting the right sizing- if it’s men’s or women’s sizing. Now the color I want is not available. The shoes, however feel like they would be very comfortable if they were the right size. I’m out of state at the moment and can’t return the shoes within the grace period since I’m not near a Nordstrom Rack. I’d like the company to send me a return mailer for free.
