Great price on the waterproof Skechers. I’ve gone through spring weather slop with them and come out dry. Good support. Soft soles absorb shock, right out of the box comfort. Will be my go to nasty weather shoes.

I love the shoes, thats not the problem. When I received the shoes, there were clearance stickers marked $44.99 inside each shoe. I paid $59.99. I got on their automated chat where I was told Norstrom Rack does not offer refunds for price difference from when purchased to when received. They asked if I would like to talk to a human agent. I said would it make a difference? Would a live agent give me a refund? The automated response was no. I have never heard of such a thing. Ive been unhappy with the quality of some items I have received from Nordstrom Rack and am always hesitant to order. The one item I am truly happy with now leaves a sour taste in my mouth.
