Details & care

Engineered for soft landing, explosive toe-offs and stabilizing support, this lightweight running shoe sits on nitrogen-infused cushioning and stride-aligning technology that promotes smooth heel-to-toe transitions.

Perfect for: Runners of all levels looking for a stabilizing shoe that grounds every stride with lightweight cushioning, springy energy and grippy, comfortably aligned confidence.

Upper: Air Mesh stretches and recovers with the movement of every stride while providing essential ventilation. Double-jacquard knit ensures a more accommodating fit from your first stride to your last.

Midsole Drop: 10mm, the most common and generally considered to be the ideal standard for running shoes. Classified as a high-drop measurement, it allows for more cushioning to absorb the impact of heel strikes.

Lower: DNA Tuned nitrogen-infused foam transitions from large, impact-absorbing cells in the heel to small, energy-responsive cells under the toe. GuideRails® Holistic Support System gently stabilizes your stride and provides confident heel-to-toe movement. RoadTack Rubber puts targeted traction and springy rebound in high-wear areas of the tread.

  • Cushioning: absorbs impact and distributes weight for consistent, buoyant comfort under each step
  • Support: enhances the fit with targeted contouring and cushioning in the footbed
  • Energy return: transforms every heel strike into responsive, explosive forward movement
  • Lace-up style
  • Air Mesh upper fuses stretchy comfort with ultralightweight breathability
  • Removable, cushioned insole allows for custom orthotics
  • DNA Tuned nitrogen-infused foam transitions each stride from airy landings to turbocharged toe-offs
  • GuideRails Holistic Support System controls excess movement in your stride to help protect your knees
  • RoadTack Rubber tread partially made with recycled materials puts lightweight durability and rebound under every stride
  • Textile and synthetic upper and lining/rubber and synthetic sole
  • Imported

Buying a second pair

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the wide toe box to accommodate my bunion on my left foot. Yet am still able to lace up the right shoe tightly enough to keep the shoe from moving around during my long runs. I may buy a second pair for walking around at work because my feet feel supported after a long day. I just wish they came in more fun bright colors in wide sizes.

High Heel to Toe Drop

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose these shoes because they are a running stability shoe, which they succeeded for the most part. I did have occasional strikes that didn’t quite feel stable on my left side, which was a result of my asymmetry, not the shoes. The size was right (I ordered 1 size up from my normal shoe size for extra room in the toe box). However, I am having difficulty with the heel to toe drop. It has caused my planter fasciitis to flare up to the point I was in pain regularly, even when not running. I went back to a previous running shoe with a more neutral drop and it’s made all of the difference. These shoes may be great for other people’s feet, they are just not for me.

Comfortable and fit well. Gave it only 4 stars because the shoe colors for people with wide feet are so ugly!

Favorite shoe

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve worn the Glycerin sneakers for a few years and recently tried the Glycerin GTS. I walk/ jog almost daily and need a good supportive shoe that holds up over the miles especially after having foot surgery a few years ago, the GTS meets my needs. This shoe provides the right amount of support for my foot while also providing enough cushioning for my feet and knees. I wore them on a trip to Ireland and Scotland and after a long day walking around cities my feet were not sore or tired.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cause extreme pain in my left foot. I’ve gone back to another older shoe and no pain.
