Glide-Step Slip-On Sneaker (Men)

I recently ordered a pair of Skechers sneakers from Nordstrom Rack and was surprised to receive a used product. While the shoes themselves are high-quality and comfortable — no complaints there — it's unacceptable to sell previously worn items without clearly informing customers. I understand Nordstrom Rack offers discounted merchandise, but there should be a clear protocol in place to ensure all items are new or, at the very least, transparently labeled if they’re not. As a customer, I expect honesty and consistency in product standards. This experience makes me hesitant to order footwear again without knowing what condition it might arrive in. I hope Nordstrom Rack takes this feedback seriously and improves their quality control and customer communication. The shoes are great — they deserve better handling.
