Very disappointing, bought for my brother who wears sketcher a lot. Need to get it exchange to a size 9 probably. I ordered it on 8/7/26, available for picked up on the 11th. Must be returned way before 40 days? I am out of the country till 9/18th - I hope customer service may grant me an exchange on the 19th?
