It really helps get the knots out and relieve tension, that’s where I hold most of my tension. Just be sure to not overdo it otherwise you’ll feel bruised the next day, my husband made that mistake lol.

Feels good but loud

Feels good but loud

Relaxing
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I carry so much tension in my upper shoulders and neck so I was super excited to get this. It was much larger in size than I was anticipating, but it wasn't uncomfortable or bulky to use at all. I was actually really happy about the size, because it makes the item much more versatile. I had a cramp in my calf after the gym one day and laid the massager on my couch then gently placed my calf between the rotators. It was perfect. The pressure can be a little too much at times, but in general, I am in love with this. It's the perfect way to relax after a long day. A book and this on my neck and shoulders is such a nice way to end the night.

Deep massage
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This massager was bit too aggressive for me. I really felt like the shiatsu rollers were tensing my neck up more than helping. However, my husband has broad shoulders and really appreciated that this massager could actually work out the knots. This is now his main staple for relaxing at the end of his work day!

Talk about a massage!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love deep tissue massage and boy do my shoulders need it! I hold tension/stress in my neck and shoulders, this shiatsu massager hits those spots perfectly on me! I love that this massger rotates directions automatically and that it has arm sings so I can increase pressure or adjust the area its massaging. The cord is about 3 feet, not long but worked for me and where my couch is located. The heat, though it lit up red, I didnt really notice a change in temp. Overall, for me its a great deep massage that loosens up both my upper shoulders and neck areas and does a great job releasing the tension in those areas that trigger migraines and pain. I use the shiatsu massager almost every night and love the deep tissue massage it provides.

Nice massager
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really liked that this massager would change directions sporadically, it really helps when trying to loosen tight neck muscles. I also like that you can put your arms in to help keep it in place. The only con I can come up with is that you can't change the heat settings, I would have liked if you could adjust to get more heat if needed.
