got a pair of size 9.5 pumas instead
Went in store to pick it up, came all the way home to find the wrong pair of shoes. Now I have to go all the way back to the store for a refund, reorder the shoes and pick it up again if I want the right shoes. A complete waste of my time and money

stiff and uncomfortable
I’m sure if one took the time to break these in they would soften, I just can’t picture myself doing so. Especially with all the straps that will cause some blistering.

The sandal is very cute but it’s like walking on a piece of hard wood. No bend at all which makes it very uncomfortable. Had to return.
