Runs Small

I bought this jacket for my grandson. It’s a really nice jacket, lightweight, appears well made, but was way too small. He is a size 10-12, and I ordered a 12 to allow for some room. Zipped up it was tight. He is slim-med build. Unfortunately, had to return. I think the next size up (14) may still be small, so considering the 16.
