Kimberly Half d'Orsay Pointed Toe Kitten Heel Pump (Women)

Let me first preface this by saying, I rarely write reviews, but thought if I could save someone the heartache that I experienced with these shoes, I’d try! I have been searching high and low for the perfect tan/cognac heel so when I found these, I immediately ordered them. I picked up my order on a Friday and wore them for the first time on Monday. As I was walking into the building at work, I started hearing a weird clicking when the heel hit the ground. Upon further inspection, I noticed that the heel cap had come off! I have been wearing heels all my life, and have never had a pair of shoes do this. Thankfully I had a spare pair of shoes in my car, but was still so disappointed that these were a total let down. If you read the reviews on here and other sites, it seems to be a defect. Maybe you’ll get lucky, but be forewarned, you may want to bring a spare pair of shoes with you when wearing these. The quality is just not there.
