Marinda Waterproof Faux Fur Boot (Women)

These boots looked so nice when I took them out of the box today, love the way they look. When I went to put my foot in, the inside of the heel collapsed down on both. I ordered size 9 because of reviews saying they ran small, I’m normally a size 8 but these boots were like a size 7! Extremely small and narrow. My foot is actually on the narrow side so that was surprising. I’ve already started the return process, almost ten dollars to return.

I purchased a size up as everyone recommended. Boots were perfect, just too big. So I purchased my size and at that time they had gone down in price and hence become final sale. You cannot put your foot in the boot. Previously someone has shoved their feet down into both boots and collapsed the back of both boots. It is so bad that you cannot even see the footbed of the boot because it is covered by the back of the boot that should be up against your achilles and lower calf. I am stuck with non wearable boots
