Willette Slingback Pointed Cap Toe Pump (Women)

I went in store to pick up order today and decided to inspect items before leaving store. The shoes were worn with a brand new price tag stuck on the bottom of shoes. I immediately pointed out to the sales person that shoes were worn and should not be resold like that. She tried to debate at first but I pointed out the obvious. I ended up returning the used shoes on the spot. I’m super disappointed because I was looking forward to wearing these shoes to work. Also, disappointed in being sold worn shoes. I’m glad I inspected in store and not at home. Maybe if I took home and tried to return it would have seemed as if I wore these shoes shoes and tried to return.
