I purchased 2 shoes, got sent 1 completely wrong (9, instead of a 6) so that was super disappointing :(( Won’t be purchasing again online and sizing is big thankfully I had gone in store to check out other shoe sizing from the company but wouldn’t recommend online shopping, on the other hand I really did love my other shoes that came in the right size as ordered (2 sizes down from regular size) but if I had chosen my usual size I definitely would have had issues. Very comfortable and cute but very dissapointed in the whole transaction as a whole and now having to go out of my way to return something that I went out of my way to get the correct sizing for.
