AWFUL
Ordered these in size 5.5 and received size 6.5. Called customer service immediately and it was a terrible experience. Was on the phone for 50 minutes and the rep was not able to resolve anything. At the end of the day, I’m not getting the shoes I ordered and now I need to return these. Really wish Nordstrom rack owned up to their mistakes and made it right.

The minute I saw these shoes online, I couldn’t stop thinking about them. The brown color is so rich, the jeweled toe is gorgeous, and I could immediately invision them with outfits ranging from business formal, party fun, and dressing up a pair of jeans for date night. I initially ordered in my running shoe size, then questioned myself and ordered a backup pair in 9.5 (half size smaller). The 9.5s were a perfect fit. I wanted to be sure I had just the right pair, because these beauties are going to be worn out!

I have 8 different pair of the Brit, the mule this flat is similar to. These flats are padded inside and sooooo comfy. True to size... Sam, make these in a million colors. I'll buy them all!
