Used shoe
I received shoes that clearly had been worn and had scuff marks on the bottom of both shoes and look as though they have been stretched out! Nordstrom should be ashamed! Im not buying from the goodwill! Its one thing to have shoes tried on but another to sell shoes worn showing signs being stretched!

They gape on the sides.
I got a pair of this Mary Janes in black last year and they are really cute. Therefore I bought another pair in dark brown (same size that the black ones) last week. However, I was very disappointed with the fit. They gape on the sides really bad. I uploaded a picture for reference.
