Krissa Ankle Strap Sandal (Women)

Note: I have not worn these yet. I purchased these shoes for a wedding set to occur in Feb 2026. Had my eye on these and when they went on sale “as is, no return or exchange” I picked them up. Reviews have been pretty accurate on these. Things of importance: - SIZING: I normally wear a 9.5. Based on the reviews I purchased my normal size and they fit just right. - WIDTH : Some of the reviews talked about the width along the toe area (vamp) being tight and too narrow. I found them to fit snug but not too tight. My feet width is a normal to narrow size. If you wear a normal to wide width size these may not work for you. ANKLE STRAP: I did not find a concern with the strap around the ankle. My ankle is not a wider ankle. I may have to create a hole but do not recall this being a problem when trying them on. COMFORT: I haven’t worn them yet but they seemed well made and will be comfortable enough. They did not pinch or dig into my feet upon trying on. QUALITY: Beautiful shoe. I did notice that one of the shoes has a missing stone. But I am not concerned based on the amount I paid. DELIVERY: Shoes arrived on time. Nicely packaged in the original packaging.

This is not a review of the shoes themselves. I received two right shoes and when I called to explain the situation I was told that the rep could only place a new order and waive the standard shipping fee. I need these shoes for an event and the delay is going to put me at risk of not receiving the shoes on time. I am appalled that Nordstrom/Nordstrom Rack make no attempt to right the situation by offering expedited shipping or even a coupon code for a mistake that was clearly on their end. Be aware when ordering online.
