What a mess
This jacket is very good looking. However, it came in a plastic bag and was smushed up in a ball. The.jack is completely wrinkled, see pictures. Who wants to buy something new that looks completely wrinkled and needs to be taken to the cleaners to be pressed. Not the first this has happened. Shame n you Nordstrom’s.
