Very poor quality
After wearing it just once, the fabric started pilling significantly. This level of wear after a single use if far below what I would expect, especially from a retailer with Nordstrom’s reputation for quality. The jacket was worn under normal conditions for less than 4 hours, so this is certainly a quality issue rather than normal wear and tear. I would appreciate assistance with a resolution whether it’s full refund or store credit.
