Illie Slide Sandal (Women)

I’m a black woman, and these brown sandals are my “nude”. They match my skin tone to almost the T and make my legs appear longer when I have shorts/skirts on. Love the small heel for casual yet elevated look. I wouldn’t say they’re the most comfortable shoes I’ve owned, but comfortable enough for what they are. I’ve walked a mile in them one day and they didn’t hurt me. I’m pleased with my purchase. I’m not a fan of that big Sam Edelman signature on the inside. It takes away from the overall look for me, but this is not a quality issue. I’ve only worn them a few times and they’re still in good condition. However, they seem flimsy, I’m just not sure yet if this is due to the soft leather or overall quality. Only time will tell. I love them and will continue to enjoy them for as long as they last:-)

Immediately started peeling. Didn’t even wear them and they already look terrible. Was told they were ineligible for return because they were a “marketplace” item. I bought them in a physical store so I’m not sure how to identify “marketplace “ items. Customer service suggested I “check online”…again, I purchased these in a physical Nordstrom Rack store. They are a $70 pair of shoes, not even suitable for a single wear. Very disappointing product and service.

Love all Sam Edelman shoes! You can dress these up or down. Comfortable right out of the box! You can’t go wrong with these! I have a slightly narrow foot and they fit perfectly. I did put a gel insert in the ball of the shoe and that made all the difference. I am usually a size 8 and they were perfect.
