Emmie Slingback Sandal (Women)

Bought these on a whim for a wedding on the weekend. I have plenty of Sam Edelman shoes so knew sizing would be accurate. I wore these for 5+ hours and they were quite comfortable! I will say, quality should’ve been better. The stitching was already off for one shoe where the front straps cross but I needed them so ended up stitching it myself. If I had time, I would’ve returned for a new pair but the shoe straps seem dainty in general. I wouldn’t pay full price due to the quality of the straps

I was a little worried about the heel height, but the wide, stable heel made the shoes very comfortable. I danced all night in them and never once thought about taking them off to rest my feet. My feet are slightly narrow, so I have not experienced the toe-pinching mentioned in some reviews. The leather is soft, not stiff, and the shoes appear to be very well-made. I loved them so much I bought them in two other colors! It's rare to find a 3+ inch heel that is this comfortable. I wear an 8 - 8 1/2 M usually, sometimes N and I bought the 8.
