Deploable packing job by lazy associate
This review isn’t about the showed themselves, which are lovely. It’s about the deplorable, inexcusable packing job some lazy associate did that resulted in damage to the heel of one of the shoes. This associate didn’t bother putting the shoes in a box of any sort before carelessly stuffing them in a bag. As a result, one of the heels poked through the bag and was damaged while shipping. This is the worst packing job I’ve ever seen done for shoes, and that includes $25 shoes from Amazon. There’s no reason why they should’ve neglected to put the shoes in a box before placing them in the shopping bag. I’m FURIOUS and this makes me seriously hesitant to shop at Nordstrom Rack again, if this is how the associates that hire treat orders. I’ll be calling customer service to hold the associate who did this responsible.
