wrong item sent

Some of the other reviews states they only received half of a necklace.. well I didn’t even receive the correct necklace. The one I received was olive green color with clear stones . Not sure what happened but it seems that there’s a problem at the warehouse

i also recieved only 1 and it feels so cheap
