Not what I expected
The product in a very poorly made and not what I expected. The material is very thin and does not provide any warm as I expected. It also had a tearing on the item. I will have to return it.

Good size, poor quality
As a "person of size", I felt like it fit me well. However, like others, I found it to be really thin. There seem to be holes along the edge where the fur is attached making it feel like it may fall apart. I'll likely return it.

Delvery error and didnt make it right
Delvered the wrong item. Now item I wanted not avail until after Christmas and I have to to spend time returing the unwanted item which was 1/10th the price, to get my refund.
And no offer to make it right. No wonder they lose to Amazon and even Temu now
