Broken clasp
This was a super cute capelet, but I didn’t notice the clasp was broken until I tried it on in the dressing rooms. It was the only one I could find on the racks. When I took it to the front and showed them the damage…they basically said, we don’t discount any items further even if damaged. I purchased it anyways and fixed the clasp myself, but I am frustrated and disappointed with 1) the response and 2) quality and condition of products…I had a similar experience at Nordstrom as well…..too much money to be paying for items that seem to be broken or already falling apart….i needed this for a fancy black tie wedding I was attending 4 days from purchase.
