Disapointing

This shawl looks nice and it feels very warm, but the fabric came with parts that are pulled apart. How does Nordstrom sell something like that? How disappointing. I will return and reorder. Hopefully the second one is better.

feels nice but color is off

Feels and looks nice but the ivory color in the photos does not really match how it looks in person. It’s more of a custard color and very off-white.
