Bummer. So disappointed in Travelpro.
I used Travelpro as a flight attendant years ago, and always had great luck. Durable products!
Unfortunately this suitcase DOES NOT measure up... I purchased 4 of these suitcases for my family’s trip to Europe this summer. Thought I’d give one a test run, so I packed it for a quick trip to Florida. These photos are after ONE FLIGHT!! I haven’t even returned home yet! I took these photos in my hotel to document how badly the suitcase fared after one round of baggage claim at an airport.
They will all have to be returned. These suitcases would never make it for 2 weeks in Europe. The wheels are destroyed, the finish is badly scraped. Again, I wasn’t expecting perfection for the price, but these are a joke. They look pretty - don’t be fooled!

Nice but didn’t last
Perfect size for a carry on but unfortunately the expandable zipper broke within the first 3 months of use so a complete waste of money.

Wheel broke after one use
Bought the large TravelPro from Nordstrom‘s rack in November 2021
checked it on the airline for first time
at baggage claim one wheel completely missing
it was a pale blue color that was very beat up that’s what you get for checking big bags I actually put it in the trashcan wasn’t going to mess with replacing the wheel I didn’t feel it was very good quality probably nothing to do with the suitcase but I bought ceramics in morocco had them well packed in the suitcase and they were smashed to smithereens probably not something I should’ve checked but NO I would not buy this brand again
