Reiss to the rescue
Fabric is stiff - but it is cotton and should soften over time with wearings. Buttons are also hard to operate. The cinch belt does not operate across the back.

Fit is true to size for Reiss. Im 5'9, 155 lbs, consistently a size 6. Would agree the fabric is a little stiff, but quality and weight are perfect. I purchased this for my safari trip, and aligns perfectly to the suggested color choices.
