I like that it’s sturdy and made of great material. I spilled some jelly on it and was able to wipe it right off. I really do like that it’s expandable.

Not good
Randomly the zipper for my laptop will unzip! Happened 2x and my laptop fell to the floor. No longer using the laptop section of the backpack
