the cross body strap is not removable

This is a gorgeous bag. Its that raffia style but its soft. I love the shape the way it carries. My only complaint is that the long strap isn’t removable and is too stiff and doesn’t lay correctly to the side if you want to use the top handle. So because of that i removed 2 stars.
