Bizarre fit, cheap look
This piece smacks of Rails-but-made-for-the-Rack. The fabric is blouse-weight cotton and only the skirt is lined. The neck/arm opening is simply an elastic ribbon in a channel. This leads to a lopsided fit in the front and a giant pouf of fabric in the back. No prod or pull could make it look classy. I had high hopes, but they can't get away with selling shoddy garments simply because they know people would like to own something from Rails! Save your money.
