Beautiful and also not justifiable for the money
The craftmanship on this dress is exceptional. That being said, I found that it ran about a size too small. The side zipper is awkward and hard to close because the smocking at the back pulls the back panel backwards, so it makes the zipper gap difficult to hold closed. I think it would have been significantly better as a pull-over, since there is already a significant elastic component to the dress. The straps are very, very thin, and dig in quite uncomfortably. The print is so, so beautiful, and is the main reason I gave this a try. Even on sale, I can't justify the price for this dress and have returned it. Because of the strap thinness and awkward zipper, I'm not going to exchange for a size up. If you must purchase this, I'd size up and make sure you have someone on hand who can help you wrangle the zipper.

flattering but small
I usually wear between small or xsmall depending on the brands, reformation 4. This one is definitely on the small side, i can zip it up, but it feels pretty tight too. For petite people like me, to me, it definitely needs tailoring, otherwise it will sweep the entire town. I could keep small but I will order medium and compare which one to keep. Design is flattering, fabric feels good, pattern is pretty, nice that you can control the shoulder strips too.

Flattering
Great dress! Nice quality, layered fabric without feeling consumed. The fit is very comfortable and figure-flattering. The print is beautiful and unique. The beads on the straps are another thoughtful touch. What I love most is that I don't need to get the bottom hemmed or straps tightened! Would purchase in other colors/prints if available.

Made me so sad
Despite purchasing an X-Large, there was no way of pulling the side zipper up. The top is just cut way too small. Loved the fabric and appeared to be made well otherwise, but I have to return it.
