Serena Splice High Waist Wide Leg Jeans

I absolutely love the unique style of these jeans! I’m 5’3”, 107 lbs and usually wear a size 27” in most jean brands like Paige, Joe, AG, and AYR because I like a looser fit around my waistline/high hip area. Since these are high waited and wide leg, I bought the 26” in this style and probably could have gone down to a 25”. I’ll keep the 26” because they still fit good with a little extra room in the waistline area so I can sit/eat in them without these feeling uncomfortably tight. My normal high waisted jeans for petite sizing tend to button just below or at my belly button, but these jeans button just above my belly button. I usually don’t go longer than 30” inseam but since these were 31” inseam I thought I’d try them out. These wash well and I got a little shrinkage (maybe 1/4”-1/3”) in length afterwards which helped for my height. Very comfortable to wear and highly recommend for anyone who can pull off the length of these jeans.

This is my first Rag & Bone purchase and I love the fit of the jeans - and the splice detail on the legs is so fun - I've already rec'd compliments the first time I wore them :) I'm 5'3" 130# and wear a size 6, I feel they are true to size. The only reason I gave them 4 stars instead of 5 is the denim is very heavy - it's probably not a bad thing as they drape well - but it wasn't expected.
