Fit Great Until You Wash Them
I bought two pairs of these jeans online. They were delivered. I tried them on. They fit great look great. Per the instructions before wearing I washed them. I turned them inside out washed them in cold water and hung them up to dry. We were going on on Saturday. I put them on in my Slim fit jeans fit more like relaxed jeans now. Call Nordstrom rack customer service and it was a nightmare. I explained the situation they told me they would send me a return label. It would cost me $10 to ship them back And when they seen them, they would decide if they would issue me a refund or not. I’ve seen other reviews where Nordstrom does not like to take returns and now I believe them. I am now a former customer of Nordstrom and I will never shop there again. I am better off buying jeans off of Amazon. At least if there’s an issue, they’ll take them back.
