Poor description - Poor packaging
Rag and Bone has great products and Nordstrom/Rack has improved in their fulfillmen5 svcs but both failed here in keys areas.
While a R&B item is typically a good fit in large there is erroneous and incorrect fit on sizing. The product, prefab description and video are entirely inconsistent. The large fits more like an extra large and the product was. very poorly packaged from where ever it shipped.
Disappointment from website and company on sizing and bad packaging from Nordstrom.
Will this change — no,of course not
As stated its a beauriful product but nw I need to send it back.
