Love their products
I've seen reviews about the "smell" smelling like mens cologne. I disagree 100%. I love the fragrance! It's amazing! I've used the Television shampoo and conditioner for years now plus a lot of their products. My hair is fine and frizzy. This shampoo and conditioner balanced it all out. And the shine!!! R&Co products are amazing! I wouldn't use anything else.

Makes Hair Dry and Fall Out
My friend has beautiful hair and recommended this shampoo/conditioner. My hair felt the best it has ever felt with this, I was in love and bought jumbo sizes. After about 2 months my hair had a ton of split ends, which is unusual for me. I also had only applied heat to my hair 3 times the entire year and I used a protector when I did. I couldn’t figure out what was happening with my typically healthy hair. I have the type of hair I constantly get compliments on for being full, long, and healthy. A week after I stopped using this my hair stopped falling out in chunks, but the damage is already done and I need a hair cut to remove the split ends. I reached out to the friend and she said her hair was also falling out but she had no idea why. She saw her hair stopped falling out out once she stopped using this.
My hair is medium thickness and my scalp doesn’t start to get oily until about the 5th day, so I would wash my hair once or twice a week.

This shampoo really has that perfect balance of moisture and volume for me. For reference, my hair is long, I heat style, and it tends to be pretty full but frizzy. I have a hard time finding something that is moisturizing enough without the weight. But this does that!
