Keep breaking and nowhere online to get help.
I am on my 4th quip tootbrush because they keep falling apart or quit working. The inside parts have come loose from the handle, the button quits working to power the toothbrush no matter how many batteries or attempts I try. I am fed up and cannot seem to find replacement parts and cheaper than buying another toothbrush. I love the design, but not worth the repeat purchases, price of heads, and frustration.

Love my new Quip.
So happy to receive my new Quip I lost my old one on a trip. I’m not sure if it’s because it is new, but I think it feels a little hard on my gums. Hopefully I can order a soft head.
