Pure Relief Lux Micromink heating pad review
I have been using the Pure Enrichment heating pad - Model PEPNTLUX-A for years and have found it to be the best in terms of comfort (very soft outer material), size along with an easy to use controller. I love the auto shut off and highly recommend this product - ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Their customer service is also ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had the pleasure of peaking with April today who was excellent!

Heating Pad
It is ok. But the heating element is not very reliable. Sometimes it works and sometimes it heats poorly. Other times it heats well and then it stops, The quality of the material is good. Soft. It is ok but not great

Great support from Pure!
The heating pad is great! Very user friendly, heat’s up quick, and the different settings are perfect.
Unfortunately, the pad gave a fault error code and we couldn’t get it working again. Pure offered to replace it free of charge!

Super heating pad
I purchased this heating pad because of it's features. To be honest, they were all as written. The cover is a soft mink feel. It is a perfect size. There is a multi level control that allows you to set the heat level and whether you want an auto shutoff or continuous heating. Love it!!!

AMAZING SUPPORT AT PURE
So I had to remove 1 star because our pad broke after 6 months. Never washed. Never spilled on. Didn’t leave running over night or anything obscene. Just gave the “F” malfunction one day and never worked after. I’ve read this has happened to many users.
BUT. Pure replaced the pad at no cost and VERY little effort on my part. Just contacted support, they asked me to attempt a few simple troubleshooting steps, and when I told them it still wasn’t working, they told me a new one was already on its way!
Otherwise, the pad works great. Very comfortable compared to older models. Multiple heat settings and timer functions all work great. Hope this one lasts!

We have 2 and bought 1 for a friend
Did a lot of research to find something large enough with different settings and washability that didn't stink. Was given a beautiful one by Sunbeam and have still not been able to remove this new chemical plastic smell that started to become common around 15 years ago, even after putting it in the sun for hours and hours, which usually works. I still used that unit, but after a year, the cord connection went bad. So disappointing. This one gives me so much pleasure. I can mist it for moist heat and so appreciate its size and washability. Have even used it under a towel and puppy pad for my tortoise in the winter. My friend was having trouble finding a good one that was UL listed, so I sent this model for her birthday. She's been so happy, too. Last but not least, one of the power chords got misplaced and after trying to find a replacement cord, I called the company and they sent me a new one as a courtesy. And they're local and manufacture their product here! Definitely 5 or of 5 stars.
