Ah, MUCH better

When you get sciatica, everything hurts. A heating pad is helpful. A heating pad that is comfy, a good size, safe and reliable is essential. PureRelief helped make the recovery a bit better.

Poor Quality

I have had the same problem as many of your reviewers have had, blinking red light. I tried trouble shooting disconnecting cord from pad and reconnecting and this has not worked. Seems to be a frequent problem with this heating pad. Very disappointing.

Hi, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are so sorry to hear about the blinking red light issue with your PureRelief Deluxe Heating Pad and that standard troubleshooting hasn't resolved it. We completely understand how disappointing and frustrating this experience is, and we would love the opportunity to make things right. A flashing or blinking red light may indicate damage to the heating coils, which is commonly caused by pressure applied to the pad that can lead to a connection error. To ensure safe and effective use, we recommend avoiding pulling or bending the pad connector, as well as refraining from folding or bending the pad while it is still hot. These precautions help keep you safe and protect the pad from potential damage. Please reach out to our Pure Enrichment Support team so we can assist at 657-275-3737 or help@pureenrichment.com. Thank you, Jessica Pure Enrichment Support

Great features, but not durable

The first one I bought stopped working after a couple of months so I’m on my second one! Now this one has stopped working! I’m so frustrated! I really love the size and softness of this heating pad, but it is not very durable. I do not recommend this heating pad. 😕

Broken in Less Than 6 Months

It worked great while it lasted... less than 6 months. This is a poor quality product and will break with regular use.
