Weird Fit, Broken Zipper, USED ITEM
I really wanted to love this dress, but unfortunately the quality is not up to par. It feels like it's from Target. The bust part is particularly small and pucker in the back and the zipper was broken on top of all of that. It came used and smelled like laundry detergent, as if it were laundered and returned. It's really criminal to charge this much for such a low quality item. I will not be buying from Princess Polly again.

Wear on repeat
I wore it all summer and now I’m pulling it out for fall! On warm days, it’s perfect. The black and khaki color are on point. When it’s cooler out, I throw on my black cardigan or denim jacket. It’s been my favorite purchase of 2025.

I really like this dress! I bought the color in person, which is not what’s reflected on the site. I would definitely look at photos from previous posts if you were more interested in black. The dress is a bit long on me, but I’ll be wearing with boots so it’s okay!

not what I was looking for
I was hoping more for a black / white or beige gingham dress.
The color was off, it was more yellow? tone. There was also blue tiny threading if you look closely. It was also really long!! I’m close to 5 feet 5 and it reached passed my toes.
Returned. Did not like the color nor the length.

Poor quality for price
The first dress I ordered was sewn poorly; the waist wasn't sewn straight and it puckered. Nordstrom exchanged for me, but I still just think the quality is poor for the price. It's a bit sheer and ill-fitting. For the price I wish it was lined and had pockets. I think it runs a bit small. I normally wear a size 8/10 on top and the 10 is almost too small.

pretty but lower quality
Although the dress is beautiful, the material is pretty thin and you’ll either need to wear nude underwear and/or a slip. The zipper was also not the highest quality and catches every time I try to zip it up. It’s pretty, but lacks quality (and pockets).
