This chef's knife is razor sharp, lightweight and offers a very comfortable grip, making it perfect for slicing, dicing and mincing a full range of food.
How it's made: Constructed from 68 micro-layers of Damascus that is wear and corrosion resistant, and holds a fine, sharp edge. It is completed with a hammered tsuchime finish that helps release food easily when cutting. The pakkawood handle has a walnut finish and offers an easy grip while resisting moisture.
Additional features: The thinner blade makes this chef's knife lighter and less tiring to use, while the width of the blade keeps knuckles off the cutting board and comes in extra handy when transferring cut food from board to pan. With its curved belly, the chef's knife can be gently rocked through fresh herbs or spices to produce a very fine mince.
