I am so glad I took a 2nd look
I’ve seen these online at Nordstrom.com and have always ignored them until I saw a better natural photo from a competing dept. store. I ordered them in a size 11, but they were too narrow in the width. They hurt my right foot even for the 5-10 mins. I tried them on. I have the Prada Downtown sneakers in a US11/10UK and they fit perfect. Fortunately, I saw that Nordstrom offers this in half sizes which they don’t usually offer with other Prada sneakers, so I exchanged these for an 11.5US, which will be arriving soon. I got my parents opinion on them and my mother was in awe and my father complimented them like no other sneakers I’ve owned. Therefore, I do recommend these. They are minimal yet striking with the aquamarine navy re-nylon against the white soles. And even better, I love that Prada added that black stacked sole underneath the white soles to prevent the look of dingy dirt y soles commonly seen with white sole sneakers. As for price, these are so expensive. I think this will be my last big ticket purchase in a long while. I can’t justify spending what Prada charges for their sneakers, even with my obsession with Prada.
