Fingerless Cashmere Gloves

I was so excited to find these gloves online! I placed the order two weeks ago, received it within three days—amazing!! I have worn them exactly two times twice and the thread at the edge of the index finger is already unraveling! This was a huge disappointment for a pricey cashmere product. Customer service was very unhelpful and unable to offer any solutions for a return, replacement, refund or credit because they don’t accept ‘worn’ merchandise. Only suggestion offered was ‘taking it to a tailor.’ I expected more as a long-standing and loyal customer.
