Waste of time
The wrong item was sent twice. I ordered gloves and was sent a scarf both times. After the first time, I called, had to arrange a return and refund of the scarf and place another order again for the gloves. Customer service was responsive and placed the second order for me. That one was wrong too; a scarf was delivered again. I have no more time to waste to try to straighten this out and will just keep the scarf and give it to someone next Christmas. I won't deal with Nordstrom again.
