Small and no stretch
This skirt is not "true to size." It is a size smaller than your normal size so size up. There is also no stretch to it and the material is stiff. That said, itʻs a pretty skort (there are shorts attached) and I am going to reorder it again, just in a bigger size.

But skirt with slightly funny pleats on the hips. It doesn’t stay pleated in a firm sense, so it’s more of a textured flow. Will look great with black tights, Docs, tennis shoes or cute flats.
