small, unbalanced, great construction
The suitcase has a wonderful padded organizer for your computer and tech accessories in the front of the bag. As another viewer noted this bag is off balance and tips over constantly. Wheels are smooth gliding over carpets the handle is great for my arthritis as well as my 5 foot 11 height. The mesh zipper pouch that I can store my ironed shirts. This is more useful in international travel. I use a travel backpack that slides over the handles my backpack is larger than this suitcase and the top heavy weight flips over the suitcase anytime it’s not being handled. Especially annoying when trying to use a restroom where you need to be hands-free of your bag

It topples regardless of content
It is terrible, it topples while rolling and when up right! I didn’t even use the expander, so I imagine it will be much worse if used.
I had to really push it with zippers area forward and in an angle to avoid toppling when rolling it on the super flat and smooth airports surfaces. It will be a disaster on pavement/ streets. It is extremely poorly designed. The zippers are also of poor quality.
